Remembering God’s Faithfulness in your Low Moments

🌧️ Dearly beloved, every human being one time or the other will have low moments. God is all you need to turn around low moments to joyful seasons again.

🏠 Your First Response: Go to God’s House

Beloved, at such times, don’t follow the devil’s bait, advice, or strategy. Go to church, even if you feel low, discouraged, disappointed, or weak. The house of God is a place where our strengths in all areas of life are renewed by the Power of God.

This aligns with the biblical command in Hebrews 10:24-25 (ESV), which states verbatim:

“And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.”

😔 When God Feels Distant: You’re Not Alone

Great Apostle, yes, there are times one may feel as if God is a million miles away. As if He does not care or has forgotten you. It is not new Sir/Ma’am. Beloved, David felt like that too in Psalm 77:10 KJV, but hear his strategy:

“And I said, This is my infirmity: but I will remember the years of the right hand of the most High.”

Beloved, in David’s infirmity, in his challenges, in his trying moments, he did not abandon the LORD. Instead, he made a deliberate choice to remember God’s faithfulness in his past.

💡 The Weapon of Remembrance: David’s Strategy

Therefore, it is wisdom to remember what God has done for you before and be encouraged. Has God not…

❤️Healed you before?👶
🛡️Delivered you before?🔄
🙌Helped you before?⚔️
✝️Saved you before?
💼Given you a job before?
💑Given you a spouse or partner before?

Beloved, remember these things and be encouraged that God will still do whatever the issue is today.

This practice of remembrance is a core theme throughout Scripture. The website GotQuestions.org explains it beautifully, verbatim:

“Remembering God’s faithfulness in the past gives us hope for the future. When we recall how God has provided, protected, and guided us previously, we are encouraged to trust Him with our current situations.”

🎯 Case Study: How Remembrance Brought Down Goliath

Choose to recall His past goodness and be inspired. That was the weapon David used to bring God into the battle between him and Goliath. He recalled how God helped him to kill the bear and the lion, and through that testimony, God helped him to bring down Goliath.

This story exemplifies the principle that “faith comes by hearing” (Romans 10:17), even when it’s hearing your own testimony of God’s past works.

✨ Your Charge and Promise

My lovely friend & servant of God, if God did it before, He will do it again.

Refuse to be rebellious or offended in God by not going to Zion – His house. As the renowned evangelist Billy Graham once said, verbatim:

“When you are with God’s people in God’s house on God’s day around God’s Word, something good is bound to happen to you.”

Therefore, go to church today to remind yourself of God’s goodness in your past & provoke divine intervention in your issues, challenges & battles! He will take over your battles today.

Those who remember His goodness & mercies are always renewed & remembered by the LORD!

Apply this strategy & you shall return with songs of Hallelujah, victory, and triumph in Jesus’ name!

Good morning & do have a great, blessed, profitable, prosperous, healthy, joyful & fruitful working day in Jesus name.

Deus benedicat tibi! (God bless you!)
